Ivan Moyano is a researcher from Cambridge University.
He is specialized in control theory, with works with colleagues coming from different communities (kinetic theory, control theory and PDE analysis). Together with Frédéric Hérau, they will work on control problem for hypoco-ercive/hypoelliptic operators. This type of problem has already been tackled in some particular situations (tensor phase space, disseminated zones of control) but not so far in general control domains.
